About Writing

I always love to write. It's been my sole salvation from this hapless reality. I started writing when I was in 6th grade, which meant I was around 11 or 12 years old. Yes, I admit that the story is tacky as hell. But still I grew to love my characters that I choose to continue it and constantly upgrade it.

Somehow I find it real comfortable to write in English even though it's not my first language. Who knew, maybe on my last life I was a Victorian Londoner who wrote (as said by a particular friend of mine with the gift of a sight).

Still, I promise myself that one day I would be a writer. One day I would publish my story and share the wonder I have with the entire world.

For years I have believed in that. Writing is my passion. I cannot imagine myself not writing something, whether it's a simple make-believe roleplay, a fanfiction, a short story or even a novel. I will keep on writing and see where it'll lead me. My goal is to publish a novel. Get a movie deal later on, hopefully. I want to affect people with my writings, let it change their lives somehow.

I believe I'll accomplish that one day and I've promised to myself that I won't give up.

Alone

Why do I constantly feel like I'm alone? I cannot stop wondering. Each night I stare into nothingness only to feel broken inside. A huge chunk of me is missing.

Imagine yourself breathing with only one lungs almost the entire time. That's pretty much how I feel.

Drowning.

But worst, the vast emptiness of the sea is the one that mostly haunts.

Funny how sometimes you look back, hoping he would still be there, or rather, wishing you've done something back then. Simply saying a word or two. Funny how you just stood there, willing your feet to retrace its steps. You clearly know what you want. Hell, you always knew.

So why don't you?

Why don't you add anything to your haste thank you? A pat on the back, a smile on your face, perhaps?

You wish for more and yet forever haunted with the unsaid words that still remain.
